The Inky Paw -- How To Order

Secure online credit card transactions:
Use our shopping cart to select items you wish to purchase.
You may add or delete an item at any time by changing the quantity and clicking "Recalculate."
When you have finished shopping, click "Go To Payments."
You will be prompted for your address and payment information.
All credit card details are collected on a SSL secure on-line form.

Ordering by Mail:
You may use our shopping cart to select the items you want. Then, print a copy of your order. Keep one for your records, and send one in to us along with your payment.

We also have a printable order form, if you do not wish to use the online shopping cart.
Or, just send us a note. Be sure to include the item number, description and quantity of what you want. Please include your complete shipping address, and an email address or telephone number.

Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express
Check or Money Order

Your credit card will not be processed until your item is ready to be shipped.

$1-$15.00 $4.95
$15.01-$30.00 $5.95
$30.01-$50.00 $7.95
$50.01-$75.00 $9.95
$75.01 and up $11.95
The above fees apply to US addresses only, 48 contiguous states.
Alaska and Hawaii may be extra. We will email you if this is the case.

Unusually large or heavy items may require additional shipping.
We will notify you in advance if this is the case.

International Orders
We are now shipping International Orders again!
Please note there is a $3.00 handling charge in addition to the shipping charges.
Once you place your order, we will email you the shipping charges for your approval, prior to processing your order.

There may be Customs taxes on your order once it arrives. We cannot tell you what these charges are, because they are levied by your country once the package arrives. Customs taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

International orders are shipped via the Post Office.
Delivery time varies greatly.
Normally orders arrive in about 2 weeks.
During the busy holiday season, orders take longer.
Please keep this in mind when ordering, as we have no control over the delivery time.

You may order online by using our shopping cart. When using the shopping cart, you can pay with credit card (Visa,Mastercard,Discover,American Express). You may also print out an order form using the link above and mail it to us along with your payment. Orders may also be faxed to us anytime at the FAX number above.

Credit card data is collected utilizing SSL Secure Socket Layer encryption. This means that your information is submitted in an encrypted, or scrambled, form.
When prompted for credit card data, you can check that you are in secure mode by the "padlock" icon at the bottom of your browser screen. This icon will be in the "locked" position when in secure mode. You will also notice that when in secure mode, your URL or the internet address for that page has changed to https:// (rather than http://).

We do not give out or share any data on our shoppers with anyone.
We consider your privacy as important as our own.

All Items are Subject to Prior Sale. We try very hard to keep our web site up-to-date. Although we update daily, please be aware that it is possible we will be sold out when your order comes through (especially during the busy holiday season). If this is the case, we will try to notify you via email.
